Here's a tip:
If you're disappointed with something you have bought online, and they say "we don't give refunds", just tell them you will demand a chargeback from your credit card company. They don't like that, it gives them a black mark, so they will usually refund your money.
It is stupid of them not to do refunds anyway, promising a full money-back guarantee is one of the best tips I got for my own online business. It does not increase the number of refunds, but it increases sales.
Works for places that say 4-6 weeks for a refund to be processed. I know it's just as easy to issue a Credit Card refund, as it is to charge someone. Refund me now, or I call my CC and dispute the charge.
